This paper presented a new structure for the CMOS power amplifiers as more effective trend to amplify radio frequency (RF) signals compared polar PA's by using envelope removal and restoration (EER) technique. Polar PA offers high-efficiency RF-modulated linear signal amplification. However, these need high uniformity between amplitude phase of modulated signals. The last translates promptly into higher energy consumption. Rather than deconstructing quadrature combination signals, it is suggested that amplifier (QPA's) technique had been used RF immediately. linearity, bandwidth, efficiency, consumption QPA's has improved separate quadratic geometry architecture contains two bridges from are able treat negative or positive voltages, modulation, RF-power bundling. design with respect parameters such fundamental frequency, gain, PAE, output power, technology fabrication process, number stage transistors.
